Method 1: Redeem Your Voucher via Fund Your Wallet
To Redeem your voucher via the Fund Your Wallet option, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Your TransferXO Account
Open your web browser and navigate to TransferXO's website: transferxo.com.
Step 2: Login to your TransferXO
Enter your login credentials and sign in to your TransferXO account.
Step 3: Access the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to your homepage, also known as the Dashboard.
Step 4: Navigate to the Wallet Tab
From the dashboard, click on the Wallet tab located to the right of the Dashboard tab.
Step 5: Select an Asset
Within your wallet, you'll see a list of available assets already listed on the TransferXO trading app. Browse through to find the specific asset you want to fund with your voucher.
(Note: You can also switch to the My Fiats tab if the asset you want to fund is a fiat).
Step 6: Initiate Fund
Click on Fund in front of the specific asset you want to fund using your voucher. For this demo, we will use Naira wallet (NGN), the local currency.
Step 7: Choose the Fund with a voucher option
From the Asset Funding Method Panel, select Fund with a Voucher.
Step 8: Enter the Voucher Code
Type your voucher code into the Enter Code field, then click Apply.
Step 9: Click on Claim Now
Tap on Claim Now to complete the redemption process.

You have now successfully redeemed your voucher by funding your wallet. The value will reflect in your wallet balance immediately.

Method 2: Redeem Your Voucher While Paying Bills (e.g., Airtime)
Step 1: Locate the Key Offering Panel
From your dashboard, locate the Key Offering buttons at the top-left corner of the screen, below the TransferXO logo.
Step 2: Click on Payflex
Tap on Payflex to enter the payment services section.
Step 3: Open the Bill Payment Tab
On the Payflex dashboard, tap on the Bill Payment tab to view bill payment options.
Step 4: Select Your Country
Choose the country where you wish to carry out the transaction. This ensures relevant services are displayed.
Step 5: Select a Bill Category
Select the appropriate bill category. For airtime recharge, choose Airtime.
Step 6: Select Your Network Provider
Choose the mobile network provider of the phone number you want to recharge (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Glo, or 9mobile for Nigeria).
Step 7: Enter Required Details
Provide the following details:
Mobile Number: Input the number you wish to recharge.
Amount: Enter the amount to be recharged. (For Nigeria, this ranges from ₦5 to ₦6000, but limits may vary depending on country and provider.)
Save for Future Use: Toggle the Add to Beneficiary button if you want to save the number for future transactions.
Step 8: Click Next to Proceed
After confirming your details, tap Next to move to the payment step.
Step 9: Select Your Payment Wallet
Choose the wallet you want to use for the payment. You can select either:
Fiat Wallet (for traditional currency transactions)
Crypto Wallet (for cryptocurrency transactions)
Step 10: Select the Payment Asset
From your chosen wallet, select the asset (currency) you want to use for the payment.
Step 11: Click on "Have a Voucher?"
Tap on the Have a voucher? link to open the voucher redemption field.
Step 12: Enter Your Voucher Code
Input your voucher code in the space provided and click Apply.
Step 13: Tap on Authorise Transaction
Proceed by tapping on Authorise Transaction to initiate the transaction.
Step 14: Enter your Transaction Pin
Input your 6-digit transaction PIN, then tap Complete to finalize your payment.
