This guide walks you through the process of starting a Fixed Savings Plan on the upgraded TransferXO mobile app. Fixed savings allow you to lock in funds for a specific period and earn competitive returns, whether for emergency funds, travel, or long-term investments.
Step 1: Open the TransferXO Mobile App
Locate the TransferXO app on your mobile device and tap on it to launch the application.
Step 2: Enter Your Login Details
On the login screen, input your email and password in the designated fields. Ensure that the credentials entered match those used during account registration.
Alternatively, if you signed up using Gmail or Apple ID, you can select the corresponding option at the top of the login page to proceed with authentication.
Important Note: If you do not have an account yet, you must create one before logging in. Refer to the How to Create an Account on TransferXO guide for assistance.
Step 3: Click on Login
Once your details are entered correctly, tap on the Login button to proceed.
If your credentials are valid, the system will authenticate your details, granting you access to your TransferXO dashboard.
Step 4: Access the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to your homepage, also known as the Dashboard.
Step 5: Locate the Key Offering Panel
At the top of the screen, to the left of the TransferXO logo, locate the Key Offering buttons. These provide quick access to various services on the platform.
Step 6: Select XO Wealth
Tap on the XO Wealth option from the Key Offerings panel to proceed to the savings interface.
Step 7: Click on Quick Save
On the bottom navigation bar, tap on Quick Save to proceed.
Step 8: Open the Fixed Savings Section
Find the Fixed Savings plan, located on the green tab below the savings panel.
Step 9: Choose Your Savings Plan
Review the available savings plans and select one that aligns with your financial goals. Click on Start Savings Plan under the currency or coin you want to save. TransferXO offers multiple savings options, including Extreme Saver and Super Saver.
Step 10: Select the Savings Duration
Choose how long you want to lock in your savings. Available options include:
Flexible – Withdraw anytime
10 days
30 days
45 days
60 days
Step 11: Enter Savings Details
Provide the necessary details for your savings plan:
Objective (e.g., Travel Fund, Emergency Savings, Investment, etc.)
Amount to be saved (Ensure the amount is within your wallet balance)
Important Note: The minimum savings amount is ₦1,000 (Nigerian Naira).
Step 12: Tap Next to Proceed
Click on Next to proceed to the next stage.
Step 13: Start the Savings Plan
On the Plan Summary page, click on Start Savings Plan to confirm and activate your savings.

Congratulations! You have successfully initiated a Fixed Savings Plan on TransferXO. You can now:
Tap View Account to monitor your savings progress
Tap Close to return to the Dashboard and explore other financial services
