Follow the steps below to unfreeze your card using the TransferXO web app.

Step 1: Open the TransferXO Web App

Open the web browser and log in to your TransferXO account.

  • Enter your email address and password.
  • If you registered using Gmail or Apple ID, select the corresponding option to log in.

Step 2: Go to Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard.

Step 3: Select Cards
Tap Virtual Card on the dashboard

OR
Navigate to PayFlex and select Cards from the menu.

Step 4: Open Card Options
Click the three horizontal dots at the right side of the card you want to unfreeze.

Step 5: Select Unfreeze
Tap Unfreeze from the available options.

Step 6: Confirm Action
Click Confirm to unfreeze your card.

Your card is now active and ready for transactions.
