Follow the steps below to set up 2FA for transactions via the TransferXO mobile app.
Step 1: Open the TransferXO Mobile App
Launch the TransferXO app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Enter your email address and password in the provided fields.
If you registered using Gmail or Apple ID, select the corresponding option to log in.
Step 3: Go to Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard.
Step 4: Open the Menu
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 5: Navigate to Settings
From the menu options, tap Settings.
Step 6: Navigate to Privacy and Security
Tap Privacy and Security to manage your account protection settings.
Step 7: Select Advanced Security
Tap Advanced Security to see security options, including 2FA.
Step 8: Navigate to Authy App Setup
Tap the Authy App Setup to begin the setup process.
You’ll be required to use an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy to generate verification codes.
Step 9: Set Up Your Authenticator App
Download and open your preferred authenticator app (if not already installed).
Select Add New Account within the app.
Scan the QR code displayed on TransferXO, or manually enter the setup key provided.
The app will generate a 6-digit verification code.
Step 10: Enter the 6-Digit Code
Input the 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the required field on TransferXO.
Step 11: Complete Setup
Tap Complete to activate 2FA for your transactions.
Once enabled, you will be required to enter a verification code from your authenticator app whenever you perform eligible transactions.
