Follow the steps below to edit a payment method via the web app.

Step 1: Open the TransferXO Web App
Log in to your TransferXO account via your browser.

Step 2: Go to Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard, where you can view your account overview.

Step 3: Access Account Settings

  • Tap the menu icon (four horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 4: Navigate to Settings
Scroll down and select Settings to view options.

Step 5: Navigate to Payment Methods
Click Payment Methods to view and manage your saved payment options.

Step 6: Select the Payment Methods
Choose the payment method you want to edit.

Step 7: Edit the Payment Method
Click the pen (edit) icon at the top right of the selected payment method.

Step 8: Update the Required Details
Edit the bank account number or account name as needed.

Step 9: Save Changes
Click Create Payment Method to confirm your changes.

Your updated payment details will now reflect on your TransferXO account.
