Follow the steps below to delete a payment method via the web app.
Step 1: Open the TransferXO Web App
Log in to your TransfXO account using your browser.
Step 2: Go to Your Dashboard
This is the main page displayed after login.
Step 3: Access Account Settings
Tap the menu icon (four horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 4: Navigate to Account Settings
Scroll down and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Navigate to Payment Methods
Click Payment Methods to view your saved payment options.
Step 6: Select the Payment Methods
Choose the payment method you want to delete.
Step 7: Delete the Payment Method
Click the bin (delete) icon at the top right of the selected payment method.
Step 8: Confirm Your Action
Click Yes to confirm deletion or No to cancel.
Once confirmed, the payment method will be removed from your TransferXO account.
